I seriously doubt if CIC agents know the actual reasons for ghost updates. They make up stories is what I feel.

I haven’t proactively uploaded anything, since my eligibility was recommended passed as per notes. It went to additional review the day I got ghost update (as per the call center agent).

I too received this. I was silently happy that I’m still in their system :) With no updates to my profile for over 5 months, I had started fearing that some agent might have deleted my record from their system due to work overload. That’s the kind of pessimism I’m going through these days!!

Yes, do attach HR’s refusal email for support. By the way, did u see it coming or anything about it in GCMS notes? Was eligibility in Review Required or something?
