I agree with you on that, it certainly depends on which processing center the PR Card will be coming from. If only they could notify us when they mail the PR Card, which would have been very helpful.

I have been waiting for 4 months. IRCC doesn't respond to calls or web forms about PR cards because of the Afghanistan situation. If six weeks have passed after the normal processing time, then send a Solemn Declaration form telling that you never received the card.

We are supposed to send a solemn declaration form if we don't receive the card by six weeks after the processing time. Right now, the processing time is 75 days for new cards. So, I am planning to send the form any day now.

Have you received your card or still no news?

Unfortunately, there is not much to be done other than wait. When I tried to contact IRCC, I couldn't even talk to any agent due to the Afghanistan situation. And, they outright rejected to respond to my webform request due to the same reason. So, we just have to wait.

The address may be approved soon, but the photo may remain "in review" in the portal even if it's approved. So there is no way to tell by just looking at the portal. And then actually receiving the PR Card is anybody's guess. It ranges from a couple of weeks to forever. It's been almost 4 months...

Yes, I did some resizing and touchup in Photoshop to meet the requirements.

I am assuming you meant July 2021 :-) I'm waiting since July 17th as well. The processing time for new cards dropped to 105 days today. So, I should be receiving my PR Card any day now by this calculation. I'll wait and see.
