Hi, Does anybody know how long it takes between receiving the letter to pick up my PR card and the appointment?

I called the IRCC and they said that I have to pickup my card at a CIC office. Do you know how long usually it takes this process? and Why they do this?

Does anybody know how long the status takes from "decision made" to "complete"? For me, it has been in "decision made" state for 2 days.

Today, the status changed to "Decision Made"......
