According to the letter from them, just simply reply to that email with PCC attached, and put file number in the email subject line.

I feel your pain. I guess we just don't pay lots of attention on this matter, it will come someday for sure. Good luck!

Finally got an update number 2 from online We received XXX application for permanent residence on January 20, 2014. We started processing XXX application on November 24, 2017. Not sure how long need to wait for next, but at least it started the process.

Same here, and I have no idea about it. The only thing we can do is waiting, waiting, and waiting. I know one of my friend that he applied for his parents in 2016, and they already had medical check done.
