Yep... Every morning I check my inbox for a re-med email. It never comes and leaves me depressed for the next 24 hours. It getting worse with every passing day now.

By the way everyone I knew who had AOR in May 2017 and June 2017 got their PPR in September. They tell me I will get it in November too but I don't know, man. Nothing ever comes easy or convenient to me.

To me, it sounds like your case has reached a point where you will soon here good news. I am saying that because my friends with similar AOR dates have recvd their PPRs. So, insha Allah good news is on its way. And as far as writ of mandamus is concerned, i have no idea about its effectiveness...

I am going to assume I am on the same boat as you are as our timelines are the same. So June..... this means June 2019 Remed, MAYBE. Thats a bummer...

When they say background checks... does that mean "Security Screening"? Or is it the normal background check? because you said your eligibility was clear in Dec 2017. They can't run background checks again and again once your eligibility gets a green signal. or can they?

I will wait till the end of November and then let my lawyers know about the situation. Hopefully it won’t come to that.
