CPC-OTTAWA is really slow in process. I thought being in Ottawa application will process faster, but it is slower. They are not doing PCC and Medical together as well now... Don't understand why they delay old files

How do you get this update? Did they replied via email? Or is it on their website?

Congratulations!!! We hope to see our case moved sooner as well .. Just got my PCC submitted last week via email .. no response so far. Should I send Original PCC via mail well? Or scanned copy is fine?

I used parents information and make sure for number of person on application, include sponsorer and co-sponsorer as well.

When did you received Sponsorship Approval? I recently got Police Clearance Certificate Request and no medical yet.... For passport, I can say you still have sometime .. I would say check how long it take to renew passport and then decide .. you can update new passport information anytime

I got the request for Police Clearance today. They want us to submit PC in next 45 days. But no medical request yet. I was under impression that Medical and PC goes together usually. Anyone had this scenario? Well, at least some thing is getting processed now.

What I can suggest is pay the fee online and send the receipt via mail to LVO. Check to see if Speed Post works that will deliver it faster. I am not sure how web form works .. I think you can send via web form as well

I sent to LVO via mail .. also there is an email address for LVO-OTTAWA, I sent to that, but only got automated acknowledgement. Maybe check the letter/email and see how they want it to be sent.

Nothing so far. For me it's 3 months now, that I am still waiting. Status is still on "Application Received"

No I am still waiting. I check it almost everyday basis and status is still Application Received. Does anyone else have any updates? I hope things speed up and they start processing sooner then later.

You will get the sponsorship approval communication via email or mail soon. For me I got my Sponsorship approved in 2nd week of February and received the approval email on same day. But after that, I did not heard anything yet about Medical and PCC. So I guess we have to wait.
