No need of sending other documents. Documents for the highest degree will be fine. As he got Masters, he need not send bachelors degree. He will be scoring 23 points for his masters itself

Not every bank is entitled to provide the information regarding foreign DD encasement. Still some banks do provide such information which takes a lengthy process which takes 7-10 working days. So if your DD is en cashed its better to wait for PER as the time taken to get PER and information...

Atleast 1 week. Also some banks provide the information while some doesn't. Anyway it takes atleast 10 working days on an average to get PER after your application is processed and that is the only option for DD applications.

I have applied last year under 2174 and application was returned due to cap reach. They have written manually UCI on Generic Form in my returned application. Now in couple days I will be applying again under 2172 NOC. Do I need to include UCI they given last year, or can I just leave it...
