Namaste did u check the ansolute skills shortage list as well as the future shortage list? i seem to recall seeing something 0213 realted there - will check again and tell u - also research on UK. am not sure how easy it is to find a job there though.

namaste try Australia and New Zealand they both have a 0213 equivalent on their list right now - I checked yday just as a backup plan :)

Aakash were u able to reach the CIC - what did they tell u?

Awoderu there are some 7th may and pre as well who havent had CC charged - me included - I think as of now not receiving application back must be treated as good news and we have to wait (what other choice do we have?) don't worry too much. :)

Asif when they returned your application, did they give you a chance to reapply under the old rules - did it have a client id or a date stamp?

To be honest i dont know and thats the reason for my confusion - when I asked the agent that she told me that since last week to speed up the process they are evaulating the application, charging CC and issuing AOR. Now they are working on issuing May 3rd AORs and CC's charges and will then move...

Goodluck rafael - u shud hear something today. when i called CIC yday. they were still busy with May3rd and she told me they should start on May4th today or tomorrow. May 7th she asked me to wait a week

Hmm thats a positive sign - hopefully the May threads sees lots of CCs charged today.

Hoping and praying, if i dont hear today, will try and contact the CIC again tomorrow.

Mine reached them the end of June and I had mentioned on the envelope that i would need by end of August. Hasnt been charged yet but am keeping an eye on the CC now

That sucks! the reason given is extremely stupid as well. Since they said u have to consider the new NOC i dont think you can apply again
