Yes bro ....one was taken in Aug 2011 and other in April 2012.

Even if it is accessible to them then, it shouldn't make the difference .Both the test are given by same person not different persons.By the way , New IELTS transcript shows I am appearing for the first time . It shows it was my first attempt to avoid any kind of confusion b/w this one and old...

But If u see the CIC checklist for the docs to be submitted ....it doesn't show IELTS TRF should be submitted.So , I also think IELTS doesn't matter for VISA.. Checkout the list on CIC web
