I think it's cause of 3eed and Canada Day maybe ppl took vacations that's all I called CIC Canada and asked them cause my friend has same situation they told me it takes few days to send u a litter Praying for you guys inshallah u hear good news soon:)

One month!! Why all this long?!? How many ppl had same situation? Are they belong to ADVO too!!

Don't know when I contact CIC Canada they always tell me they have no access on my husband file once it is sent to outside visa office!!!!! Or they r just saying this to eliminate emails & calls!

With this one I really don't know, but u can call CIC in Canada I know it's expensive but if u want u can do that and ask them or send them email through the website and they will answer within few days

Just wanted to tell you that you still can communicate with the visa office yourself too but only you the main applicant and ur representative to ask for your file updates not your wife the sponsor But you can not link your application online account only your representative can do that The...

Did u try to email them regarding this! I think ADVO they r the one who update MyCIC and IRCC Canada updates the E-case
