I wonder what the significance of the April 1 date is for processing times? I thought they would make a distinction between post and pre Jun-11 applicants

I thought candidates were not invited to the test if they did not meet the residence requirements.

Hi Rising Flags and friends! ;D I received my passport and COPR yesterday, July 9th (picked it up at the Aramex office in Kuwait). My visa was printed on the 28th of June.

Aramex called me this evening for consent and said that they would deliver my passport on Saturday. ;D
