Yup it states i can work until May.

I applied on Jan 22 2022. I got an offer from a telecom company. I am also looking to convince my employer that I am allowed to work while waiting for my PGWP.

I am also in a similar situation like you. My employer is doing a background check. May I ask what is your employer domain? IT?

Hello, This is the first time I am hearing about Flagpoling. Do we need a USA visitor visa to cross the border first before we can attempt to Flagpole ?

Hello did you try convincing them that you are allowed to work as per the ircc rules. Show them the ircc website stating you are allowed to work until a decision is made on your application. Also why would anyones pgwp would get rejected.

Yea sure thank you. Surprisingly they did not ask anything about my work permit status before making an offer. I guess they will ask me only after I accept the offer.
