    Just checked the CIC portal.. the timeline bar (which had a 100-day timeline.. and which said my application is delayed..) is gone.. is this same for everyone?

    Sadly agree to the above.. it seems PRs are not a priority right now. And yes.. i too feel they plan on vaccinating their pop first and waiting out the pandemic.

    All VOs seem to be issuing PPRs at some capacity- except Ottawa. Wondering..are all the PRs issued outside for Students or Family Reunification?

    When does the winter break end? When will file processing hopefully start again? Also, with rising cases, it seems Ottawa is preparing for a 28-day lockdown... is IRCC considered an essential service?

    I got the exact same message in mid-Nov. VO- CPC Ottawa. Really hope Ottawa starts processing files.. every other VO seems to be processing some files in Jan atleast...

    I was hoping something like from 24th Dec to 6th Jan (2 weeks)... of course its the holiday season and people look fwd to breaks... however, 4 weeks is really long- esp with such crazy backlogs and such an ambitious immigration plan for the year. and yeah, IRCC should def be essential. i hope...
