my speculation is in the month of Sept when Canada open for tourists

I called IRCC today morning. - the person on phone said - "You have a dependent outside Canada, you have to wait. there is no specific timeline that I can give you." :( . its sad and irritating. waiting for login credentials - 8th Day.
