Sorry, I should've clarified. The initial 30 days would've been today but an agent sent me an e-mail to let me know the additional waiting time frame.

That's weird. The period starts from July 14 you should've received an e-mail at least the day in advance (13th) from ircc.mtlconvotests-examensconvomtl.ircc@cic.gc.ca I think you should call them.

I did my test March 24 and only got my background cleared on July 7. Hope this helps

That's weird why would it be approved pending additional documents? Could it be they put your file on the back burner and forgot about it and are trying to cover their tracks? Maybe you should send a webform or try speaking to another agent. Can't hurt to try

Last update for me was a ghost update May 23rd and they still haven't acknowledged my FP as yet.

Hi, why do you have 2 FP request? Was there a discrepancy between both or IRCC never received the first ones?

Is it because of the FP request why it's non-routine? Your LPP & Background was updated in the tracker finally?

It sucks that Montréal is literally dragging their feet with applications. Maybe we should move to Vancouver to get a faster processing? :DOne can only hope.

Hi everyone, so I got my GCMS notes and I don't think I'll be having an update soon. My primary shows as Montréal but everything is still assigned as RC-8090 which is CP Sydney! Also, nothing is in progress except criminality everything else shows as not started yet and due date as 2024/02/03...

Ugh brutal. I know there's no reason to compare but it's weird that they don't process BG checks from older applicants first. I would love to know what kind of system they go basd off because it makes no sense
