I made a baby! She's 2 months old now... It keeps me busy and happy! Still anxious about this whole process tough, specially since I've had a rejection early in 2020 (because of my company letter missing the responsibilities).

Requested my notes on October 10, 2019, using the procedure in the link. Still no answer (even tough I had a pretty good idea on how things are by calling IRCC). Has anyone requested notes after Oct 10 and got a response by email? Edit: Sorry The year was 2020, not 2019.

Interesting enough, on the analyst notes, it mentions that the letter is missing the duties, but it still got a "recommended pass". If I've only received a letter or anything saying that something was wrong, i could have fixed it. I got a new, correct, letter from my employer in less than a day...

Unfortunately that's what they did to me back in May. I've submitted everything, but my employment letter did not had my duties, it only referenced the LMIA that I had from the government. The eligibility went from "Recommended Pass" to "Rejected". No opportunity for anything. I had to find out...

Please update us on your findings. You're right between the 20-26 gap that I'm looking at... Your eligibility should probably be "Recommended Pass" at this point at least. I'd be interested if it's already on "Met".

It's not going to affect your application per se, but you'll need to take X-Rays and that's not good for the baby. You can either have the baby "shielded" from the X-Rays or you can wait until you deliver your baby. For the IRCC it won't change anything. My wife was pregnant and gave birth all...
