    It ranges between 10 weeks to 25 weeks. It also depends if its under GTS, its usually faster for GTS applicants. 43 weeks is non gss and highly unlikely for LMIA applicants but not sure.

    I understand, I remember the lawyers mentioned that I was waived from medicals coz I applied from USA so not sure how that works. But, I am curious about fingerprints now. What did they tell you about that?

    I did not have to do Medicals. Not sure about biometrics yet. My lawyers are still working on drafting the work permit application. Did you get any updates on LMIA?

    Hi, Its still pending. LMIA applied : 10th August, 2021. No updates since then... Lawyers said that there are some technical difficulties which are causing delays but I have read some applications getting approved. How about yours?
