Yes ArriveCan is not mandatory now, but it would be from 22nd November. But we can update the information voluntarily. :)

I'm guessing so, I haven't downloaded ArriveCan so not too sure what information goes in. But I'm assuming that we need to enter the UCI number or something. Not sure though.

Hi there, we've decided not to go to any other province. Given the fact that there is scepticism about students entering and DLIs being approved by specific provinces, we thought that it's not worth the risk. Hope everything goes smoothly!

Why do you even want to contemplate breaking the self isolation? I don't think they'll hesitate to cancel the study visa, as you'll be facing jail time.
