Have you ever given biometrics to Canada? Strange they haven't asked for it yet. Pre-arrival is a good sign, means you passed the eligibility criteria.

Same story with LVO. They issued lots of PPR until Oct 31st then seemingly went on a break. Lots of us sitting with Decision Made since November...

LVO wont reply to emails, they are painful. I just emailed my MP and he gave me the update same day.

Just a trend I have noticed. Like roughly 90% of PPR for Pakistan gets issued on Thursdays and the remaining split on Wednesday and Friday.

Looks like they started PPR Thursdays again. Lets hope we both get ours tomorrow IA!

These same VOs also issue other types of visas such as student permits and whatnot. I think December is a big push for student visas so things slow down. Having said that, these guys don't look like they resume work in order. PPRs and DMs etc just happening in random order.

Have you contacted your MP to inquire about your case? They're helpful and tell you what the status is currently better than what you see online. I guess it also depends how helpful your MP is willing to be too.

When did you apply? It takes a few months after medical but things slowed down in November/December. You’ll get a Pre-Arrival, Decision Made and then PPR over the following months.

My MP confirmed everythings approved and good to go - apparently LVO is busy with other stuff so it's a waiting game for us.

This two month wait since DM is so frustrating. Hope LVO gets into high gear quickly.
