Does anyone know how long the OWP (inland spousal sponsorship) takes in Quebec? If they issue the OWP after AIP does that mean in Quebec it will be 8 months plus the 2 -3 months for the Quebec papers? As far as I understand the process CIC approves the sponsorship and then waits for the papers...
