Hello guys, so I've received 2 emails at the same time, one is PR confirmation portal that asked me to upload my photo and addres which I did and it says in review with IRCC and another email from niagara falls which includes my CoPR and asks to print out and mail it with a photo... it looks...

In general you are supposed to be in canada for three years after PR to apply for citizenship but if you were a refugee claimant you count the days before you get your PR upto 1year then you count 2years after you get your PR then apply for citizenship

Two days count as one upto a year then after you get your PR you count two more years you lived inside Canada then you can apply for citizenship. I maybe wrong if someone can explain it better that would be nice

You'll get your CoPR soon... they're probably finalizing it

After AIP the only document left was my medical and police clearance certificate from my country I submitted these two documents before March 15th

Thank you. They sent me the medical form after AIP on Feb 25th then I did my medical and it updated on the website medical received on March 15th

In my opinion it's better for ur lawyer/representative to contact them since they're only exchanging emails with your representative

My case was on judicial review so they didn't asked me to withdraw

I believe so...there won't be new applications after August so hopefully they'll process what they already have much quicker

Good news guys! I just got my CoPR I'm really happy... thank you everyone on this forum you guy's are awesome...and it takes different time for everyone but I'm sure in the coming months all the CoPR and AIPs are coming your way guy's have patience and prayer works

My lawyer asked Federal Court proceedings to be held in abeyance pending processing of my health care pathway application mentioning that I got AIP and he also attached my AIP with the request and the court gave us 6 months to get back to them with the result of this pathway so your lawyer can...

It's tricky. The question is who's gonna risk it all and go to his country... because the first person is gonna be a lesson to us all. Personally if I don't see someone go and then come back without any problem, I'm not gonna try it
