I’m not sure how it works because we used a lawyer for ours and it seems the federal high court signed document and she emailed the document back to Niagara as instructed in that removal request email . cheers

I knew someone that requested for withdrawal but it was to IRB and she simply faxed/forwarded the withdrawal request document to IRB in Montreal and faxed the same completed form and she got her copr same day but that was April

Yes @Khejjy yes I'm on Judicial review second stage, but they asked us to remove our Judicial review also contrary to the impression that I had before , we though it will be straight up copr .

Morning Guys - I got withdrawal request letter today and I’m currently on H & C , means some people does while some people just get the copr straight .Either ways we pray for Copr and AIP this week
