If ur CEC it is going to take 3 months to receive BIL from ur AOR as per current trend.

I think eligibility will change to completed in portal only after copr detail is available. Can you confirm on ur bgc status ?

As per https://help.gcmsnotes.com/code/aor-to-ppr eligibility status will show as in progress in gckey until u receive copr. On MyCIC account review of eligibility will continue to be in progress until you receive the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).

FSW inland and outland are getting bil in similar time .. am FSW inland aor 17th dec and I got bil on 19th feb so u can calculate ur bil accordingly based on ur aor

I have seen people saying we need to check tracker for eligibility and background check for correct update . gckey for medical and biometrics update.

Can you let me know when your background check started ? I am yet to take biometrics but in my tracker it says background check is in progress.
