When did you call and get this info? My AOR is Aug 5th and I’m wondering if it’s worth calling them for an update.

I believe info sharing is the link your biometrics. They usually do that in the beginning - I’m guessing this as most people have their biometrics completed while waiting for the eligibility to be finalized.

I don’t think the call centre knows what’s going on. It seems like they’re just reading the notes but sometimes the officers don’t put down everything there. Maybe you can try webform to find out the stages.

How did the agent conclude that “everything is passed” when they were still waiting for documents? Also it took them 6 months to ask for additional documents from you... I hope you get your good news soon!

My AOR was August 5. Called 3 weeks ago and it was a recommended pass for eligibility. Called today and the agent said it’s under review. Asked how it went from a recommended pass to “under review” and all he said was everything is still in progress... Does anyone know if this means it’s a...
