They started processing my application in March 2020, passed my eligibilty, medicals, RCMP check in July 2020. Since then there hasn't been any movement and it'll be one whole year now. Also to surprise you, I am July 2018 AOR applicant.

Hi @legalfalcon did this rule come to effect recently? I know someone who filed two application and CEC application which was submitted at a later date was approved first. Is this rule quoted somewhere officially?

I don't think thats true because I know a friend who first paper PNP application but filed his CEC application later which got approved first. Are you quoting legalfalcon on this? Do you know where I can read more on this on the IRCC site?

@arbu45 has there been any update on your application yet? I ordered CBSA/CSIS notes recently and since they passed my eligibility in July 2020, I haven't heard anything from them. Criminality is not started and screening is blank.
