Thanks !! I just got both. the email and notification in CIC account. Also, withdrew the OINP application which was in Submitted stage. Have dropped them an email asking for the refund. Please suggest, if any other action is required to get the refund initiated and how much time does it take...

Have not received the email yet, and CIC website is bouncing back to home page (unable to login). Weird anxiety. I called IRCC, filled a web form and submitted. Twitted them :)

Hello, I just submitted my OINP application, and as understood it would take around 60 days to complete. My question is : My CIC score is 467, which will reduce to 457 in January. Will it impact my OINP application approval, as I got the NOI because I was between 461 to 468? Please suggest.
