which office was it? I took the oath on Nov 9th too from Niagara office, no certificate or update on the tracker yet.

I believe it is a general glitch, many people on reddit are complaining about the same issue.

Don`t think so, there are people taking email from other offices.

I had my oath on Nov 9th, still no certificate, they ask during oath ceremony if you have any urgent travel plans and make your process faster, I didn`t have any plans, but wasn`t expecting it to be this long, wish I said it was urgent.

I saw on reddit that trackers are messed up for many people, some people like you are saying even though they received certificate or already finished most steps, it went back to in progress for them too. So I wouldn`t mind about it, you already have your certificate, enjoy your citizenship:)...

Yes that is the correct approach:) I am already worried because there are no updates on tracker which is weird and still no certificate after 4,5 weeks. Good luck on yours too, it is so frustrating but waiting is the only choice at the moment :/

It is really hard to guess when it will arrive, some people had it on Nov 3rd and got it around 33 days, mine is just around that timeline but still nothing, Niagara office in general is a bit problematic as far as I understand. I don`t know how but some people had live ceremony rather than...
