You may withdraw your current express entry profile and create a new one since I dont think you are allowed to maintain two express entry profiles. I believe you have to apply and submit all documents within 45 days from the date of NOI. In this case, it seems the date has lapsed already and so the NOI is no longer valid for use to apply. I also believe that also explains the status being "Registration Expired". Lets hope another NOI comes...

Yes, I got the same. Didnt do anything when I received it. Two days after, my status changed to Decision in Progress. They usually send you an email to your registered email address if they need additional documents.

You do not need to do anything at that point. It is just a message stating that you are now on the Assessment stage. Good luck. It will then move to "Decision in Progress" next.

There is a rare chance that ADRs may be issued at this point. Good luck!
