Guys , I got an email from gcms notes officer yesterday, telling me to confirm check only my info or dependents’ information too. If included dependent, more supporting documents are needed. Have you guys encountered this before? Please advise

I called IRCC just a moment ago. Agent gets inpatient as that was my second calling in 5 days. She said my application is under background check, which is nonsense , cause she also said every case is under background once received. All agents will tell us 24 months is the normal time. I think...
