I would suggest to make complain in their feedback form. I did, In Canada, if you don't fight, you won't get it. You don't need to give your personal details. Just tell them .. We are APR,MAY,SEP,,,,,,,,,,,2019 paper applicant waiting while 2020 application are processed. This is unfair...
