    Make sure you mention that you are withdrawing the application due to refund policy, don't mention anything about Jan.

    It's the same for all, I would have suggested you withdraw earlier if you wanted to apply sds for fall, but now you are aiming for January so it's better to wait till the fall semester start date.

    The problem is I cant deffer to Winter, Next intake is in Sept, and the university head is skeptical to allow online it as I have not got PPR. They will consider your webform, I did the same.
