One thing that I cannot comprehend is that IRCC invited 27k and 40k CEC people and went below 370 ( may be wrong about the lower score), now they are reducing the invites and keeping the cutoff higher? I don't know who are they trying to fool?

So for TR to PR they will accept all NOC levels and for FSW they will reduce and scrutinize everything from score to NOC level, this literally shows the IRCC' biased approach towards CEC and against FSW. Inhumane, cruel and disregarding behavior.
