Unfortunately one cannot travel until PR card received. Alternatively travel documents to be requested with IRCC. Thanks.

Strict action should be taken against false information. Also, it impacts others... However, many inland applicants left Canada and never bothered to update their address. some of them were sent COPR assuming that they were in Canada. When a COPR is sent, all other existing visas are cancelled...

It should have been received by now. Delays expected due to Covid. But not this long. Would suggest to call them and reconfirm. Thanks.

That is correct. My Feb’20 colleagues have been waiting for close to 2 months for an update post biometrics.

Through web form and in case if any provision provided in your profile than through both mediums... Upload jpg to PDF documents. Same which you had provided in past and also attach fresh financial statement ... Old + New. Jpg to PDF is to ensure no content is blanked. Hope this helps! Else...
