In a way it makes sense , because the actual processing starts after the biometrics is given . Biometrics centres were opened in late Jan 2021 for work permit in india and for those applied from India in the second half of 2020 could not have processed at all until late January 2021 .

If this is true , then it does not match with the processing times given. The processing time from India is given as 6 weeks instead it should have been 6 months.

Yeah I applied from India. It has been 10 days since I gave the biometric and 20 days since the application was submitted. Nothing has moved on

Hi ,You should get the BIL immediately after submitting the application. I got it in 3 hours time. You should check with the attorney.
