No I think his eligibility passed before and same day he got pal but his lawyer sent him pal letter as far as I know … you can ask him @Harsimran.dhot He has a representative So most of the time when people pass eligibility that day or later people get pal

No it’s not necessary to apply …. It takes 1 month to get them I think you will get result soon now for Pr so don’t need to apply for them now

GCMS notes is u your right there is nothing to do with representative you can apply them

No but I passed my eligibility so it doesn’t matter if you get pal or not .. so many people got Pr without pal though
