Se Sekhon we all came to a conclusion yesterday that Montreal VO is closed.It seems that nobody is working there at all.Zero output!!. A same for IRCC mismanagement at it׳s best

Montreal VO is not efficient and incompetent.The situation is irritating and not fair. Etobicoke VO gets 1 week ECOPR FROM PORTAL 1 and the useless Montreal VO can hardly issue a Ecopr in 5 weeks.

IRCC wouldn't care less ETOBICOKE VO - 1 week from portal 1 to ECOPR compare to MONTREAL VO ,4-5 weeks.
