Just got call from my representative, received passport request as well.

Nobody is an expert here. I just shared what it said for me. Also please note that I shared my experience based on Ecas. It could've got changed in GCkey but that access is with my representative. :) In Ecas, my status is already decision made but none of the other lines have changed yet. Thanks.

I checked this morning at 7am Indian time and there was nothing. Then I checked 3 hours later and it showed decision made. So it could've been earlier too, I just checked around the time I posted.

From What I notice on all timelines in signatures, DM first and then PPR. I received my pre-arrival on Nov13th and nothing after that and you're 10days ahead of me. So please update when you do get an update. Thanks

If it was a webform raised, 2 weeks to get a reply back that comes from NDVO

More than 5 weeks. Webforms are quicker, I got a reply within 2 weeks.
