Called IRCC multiple times and always let me to wait. AOR in July 11th 2019, add spouse on May 2020. Still do not get the UCI number for my spouse. Now preparing for IELTS test to apply for Express Entry. The wait is frustrated. Also ordered GCMS note to see what happened.
