    As far as I know, your study permit is not your visa. And the letter you receive does not specify the expiration of your study permit. You just need to show the new LOA and the study permit approval when you get the visa.

    You need to show only enough to pay for the first year + 10000 CAD. But, still, not a good idea because it seems you will struggle for the second year. I personally believe that you need to go for a 1 year course, because you barely meet the requirements for that.

    If the difference is no more than 150 days, you do not have to update your LOA.
