ohh..at least its 'in line for processing' for you. My status hasn't changed at all... its showing submitted since ,what now feels like, forever. My college sent the documents so cant help but wait.

Pretty Similar, my timeline... 10 Dec - Application Submitted 18 Dec - Docs delivered waiting ever since...I reached them through the contact form on 14th Jan...the revert was we are processing mail received the week of November 03, 2020. So I believe, I wont be getting any AOR/status updates...
