Dont worry. If Minister office requests signature and other details from Permanent Resident and Citizen we will provide them. Online petition does no harm for cause but gets awareness on the issue to the people in authority.

If you blame govt its unlikely the minister would take any action. First lets see if conservation govt takes any action. If they don't we can always approach other parties without getting negative.

Petition is just to order inquiry to see if the performance can be increased. I know even of inquiry is done the report might go to cold storage. At least there is ray of hope for future applicant.

But buck stops at Minister of Immigration.

At NVDO applications are kept in cold storage for 8 months for spousal sponsorship. Once processing starts if it takes more time due to security checks etc its understandable. This is no willingness to pick up application faster. Foreign govt are not responsible in any way if Canadian visa...
