Hi guys, what we did was put the sponsor name and UCI number and spouse name on the separate envelopes. and put "Envelope 1 of 3, 2 of 3 , 3 of 3" so that they know there are 3 in all in case they get separated.

depending on your VO, you get them back! So now you can make a scrapbook out of them ;D I had all our photos scanned and formatted on MS Publisher, typed in the captions and printed them on A4... I got those all back too. Basically I got everything back except the forms and the identity documents .

if your case is simple and straightforward too then you should be fine. I doubt if they will send it back because of not too much proof.. if they need more, then the Manila VO will request for more, or request for an interview. I think the only reason they will send it back is if you missed a...

you're right, but then again, it all depends on what country you're coming from, and your situation is.. many people need to send more because of more complicated situations, therefore the need to prove more/ convince the VO more. I also agree that some people would not normally keep...

my proof were in A4 too, and I used legal sized envelope. I don't think we have A4 envelopes in the Philippines, or at least in the shop where I bought my supplies. Lol. This is no problem as long as your papers are all safe and secure. some people even send in a box.
