Greatly varies, some get it a week before, others get it weeks ahead. For some email comes before it updates the date on the tracker. The spreadsheet should give you an idea of the days between oath letter date and oath ceremony date.

Mine says the same thing, only other information is about finger prints that they sent message about. Nothing about test completed or sent. So ECAS may be limited in that.
