If they need to verify anything from your country they will send your file to LVO.

I am from Bangladesh As well. The SGVO email actually doesn't mean PPR! There is nothing to be stressed over it. Sometimes files get sent to LVO just to check eligibility if its not passed by the Main VO. Sometimes files get sent to LVO to leverage the pressure in other VO's.

I used fongo. it connected every time however the first couple of times the agents were busy. I was in the queue on the third go. and it was a 39minutes waiting time once I got into the queue.

Thanx for the reply. I used an app to call ICCRC and the line was really really bad. Hence, I didn't ask if it was R10 or Real eligibility. Some say it's not good to call them often. is it true? I do no plan to call them anymore before my 6month mark is over.
