You do not need additional TRF for second application if first application package with CIC. You just need a cover letter mentioning it is second application and TRF is with cic included in first application. If possible include copy of trf.

How come it is possible seniors please shade some lights. In per it is mentioned not to provide any docs unless asked by VO so how is it possible.
