What i know is that you need to establish 2 years residency...if you will move to another province it's your sponsor who will suffer the consequence cause they are no Longer be allowed to sponsor again.

If they will ask you to take an extra lab test and if you can do it outside their facility you can use your credit card. Just like in the case of my husband we had the add'l lab test (he is diabetic)at st lukes hospital and we don't have to leave the bulding since it is just on the other side...
