You have to press a lot numbers to get to an agent. Also, before you get to her/him, they'll tell you your status through the online system as well once.

That's exactly my case as well. With the exception that when I talked with the agent last week, she informed me that my file has been moved to London VO (from CPC-Ottawa) as all BG checks (security) are performed there. She couldn't whether the BG check has started or not.

Will be completing 5 months on Jun 29th. In IP2 since 27th Feb and, gcms notes everything cleared except security. Sit tight, it'll come. A lot of my friends got their's around the 7th month.

My VO was Ottawa as per the GCMS notes. Except security, I think all others were concluded there. I called the agent up last week and she told that the LVO does the BG checks so the application is with them.

Congratulations. I've been noticing a trend that PPR are coming in for January applicants in a date descending manner. So I am 144 days in and everything is complete and in security/bg check, so hopefully, in the next 15 days.

I just talked with an agent, she said that the file was in London visa office and not with them because they run all the background checks. Can we contact them.
