After 5 months of wait, two of my friends who applied for PR in June and September, got money deducted from their credit card today. they applied under OPNP Masters category. finally CIC is showering some mercy on Ontario applicants.

Category- OPNP Application Received - May 1st AOR and Medicals - Jun 18th Medicals Done- July 18th Medicals Received - Aug 4 Waiting For InProgress I know Ontario applicants are frustrated...trust god and wait...good days are ahead

OPNP certificate will not support express entry. i called to the OPNP office and explained my situation. They told me that OPNP is not under express entry for now. You can also check it in opportunities Ontario site...Ontario is currently developing its approach to Express Entry...

I have changed my address on Monday and cic people updated my ecas within 5 days(ecas is updated on Saturday). they are working good, but i don't know why they are acting weird only in OPNP applications ??? not even one candidate of 2014 from our province got approved :'(

is there at least one candidate from Ontario who received their PR in this year?(who applied in 2014) or is there at least one candidate who received their AOR ? (who applied for PR under OPNP from 3rd week of may)

the people who applied for PR under OPNP are facing the same situation... Ontario is keep on issuing certificates, but files are not moving an inch in cic. still don't understand why cic people are holding only ontraio pnp candidates. This is insane.

your file is received in june 2014 and you are waiting for PPR. that's very fast and you are very lucky dude...all the best

on which date did you apply? me and my friend applied on December 18th and our application was received on january 29th, and still we didn't receive our file number. very much frustrated of this slow processing. i don't know how long it may took to get a file number and to get approved for PNP.
