Oh well congratulations first of all to you and your entire family. You can call them at their regular number 1-888-242-2100. Also send a webform explaining the situation with necessary documents... i am sure they will take this into account. Link of webform is here ...

Can you share your wife timeline here please...Personally I would say not to reschedule test given that so many applications are there being processed and rescheduling might delay the process but that’s my opinion...I would suggest call them and send webform
