I am not sure for the answer of your question but I guess it wont matter, if I get ITA before the expiry date. I am still waiting for 600 points, my ainp portal showing certificate issued. Emailed ainp waiting for the reply.

Hi , my AINP portal says certificate issued but i didnt receive points in my EE profile? When and how did you receive your nomination certificate and when points were shown in EE profile? So confused
